  This is not a bashing of the liquor that we drank, in fact I bought two bottles of the gin that we sampled - it was very tasty, on par in flavor with some more expensive brands. The whiskey "bourbon" was a bit meh, not much flavor coming from the barrel, which brings us to the problem.
  
  These liquors are "handcrafted" in Washington but BUYER BEWARE that doesn't mean anything! All their liquors are made "to recipe" by MGP of Indiana - look them up, they do mass production distillation and ship liquor to this shop which THEN puts it into the barrel for a defined amount of time. Again, don't get me wrong, the gin was good but I think it's a bit disingenuous the way it's portrayed as a homemade small batch alcohol.
  
  The salespeople there are great...at selling. They will say that is all to their recipe and that the owner is a 4th generation Scotsman with distilling in his blood - that's all fine but until it's actually distilled locally it's no different than industrial booze made en masse with some flavoring added later.

  Creative and tasty gins and whiskeys are found here!!! We always try to stop by Cadee when we visit the island to restock our supply and get a few bottles for friends. It is easy to get to, just off the ferry and up the hill, on the right.
